I actually edited my links to the side there. :) They'll take you to the forum where I've got all the links posted. It should be pretty self-explanatory from there.

Bear in mind, the beginning is a bit weak, imo. It starts getting better around chapter 2.2/2.3 and I think I hit my stride in 3.1. :)
