(Yeah, more sim stuff. When I get obsessed, you know I get OBSESSED. This one is bordering on lasting as long as the Everquest one did.)

Ladies and gentlemen, I am proud to present the cast of the Awesomesauce Bachelor(ette) Challenge!

From left to right in the back, we have Dwight Familiar, Dean Whedonberry, Miranda Legacina, Cecil Goodytwoshoes, and Lancelot Locks.

On the ground, we have Farnsworth Gibson, Lipschitz Subject, and Scott Penguino.

Miranda graduated from college with flying colors and ended up making my graphic card scream in protest as I invited all 35+ of her friends to her party. There were a couple who didn't get invited because story wise, they're supposed to be out of town (Elijah and Shelby, of course), but otherwise, everyone she had a happy little smiley face for got invited. I thought my computer was going to DIE.

I got her moved into the Bachelor Pad and immediately set about equalizing her relationship score with all her new housemates. The game automatically gives a random relationship score with all new housemates. All of them were under friendship, but it still seemed rather unfair. I set her to 10/6 with all of the guys, just so they all got a fair start.

One of the first things Lancelot queued up was a 'Flirt/Suggestively (ACR)' with Miranda, so I quickly realized that this was going to get really messy really quick if I played this with ACR. So, it got turned off for the lot. Someday maybe I'll play a BC with it on, but this is the real thing. This is in the main neighborhood and Miranda's relationship with these guys is what's going to carry forward.

So far, I've played to about 9pm on the first day. There is one clear front runner, two not too far behind him, and four tied for last place. I set all their turn-ons to be positive for Miranda (red hair and fitness) and hers to be neutral towards all of them (fitness and hats). With that, we have one strong three-bolter (he's the one in the lead), two at two bolts, one at one bolt, and three showing a negative bolt. Not that I believe the negative bolt all that much. Brody and Heather had a negative bolt when they first met.

What's interesting about the three front runners is who they are. No, I'm not going to tell you that, but one of them is quite the surprise to me. His personality points don't exactly speak to it, but he's obviously playing to win. The other two in the lead don't surprise me, and while I don't want to play favorites, I am leaning towards one of them.

This is going to be tough because I like all of these guys. They were all chosen from legacies I absolutely adore and they're all characters I adore. I really don't want to see any of them go home.

For those that don't know, I basically took a look at all my favorite legacies and narrowed it down to seven. Some favorites weren't chosen because their sims are already having a major roll in the legacy neighborhood (Ten Ceasars, Fitzhugh, Piratical), and some weren't chosen because of prior relationships (Puritanical Green Thumb married in Brody). I sent a PM to each creator and asked them to pick who they'd want to be in it. That got me a really interesting mix that I'm delighted with. I kept all of their stats and aspirations the same and only changed the turn ons.

This is going to be fun. :)

Yay! I can't wait to read this. Nice group picture there. Here is another CC question from me: what posing hacks do you use? I'm going to guess that Scott has a negative bolt based on their personalities and aspirations. And you turned off ACR. I was wondering if you would do that or not. Release soon plz?

I use Hula & More, which gives all the basic stuff that you see in the loading screens plus some other stuff. For this one, I also used Decorgal's model poses hack, which is what you see Scott, Dwight, Lipschitz, and Lancelot doing. That's located here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=272312

It's a little trickier to use since they tend to snap back to their original spot you posed them in even after you've used moveobjects to move them, but it provides a nice variety.
