I'm flailing at this whole Dreamwidth thing, and as a result, I wanted to see if the cross posting thing works. From what I understand, there's also a way to import all my LJ posts to DW, but I didn't see that in a quick view of the account settings. What I did find was the thingy that enables cross posting.

Dreamwidth seems to be catching on. I don't know if it'll overtake LJ by any means, or really that it offers all that much that's different from LJ at the moment. Regardless, I'm clinging to the bandwagon and seeing what's what.

Importer. Seriously a great tool! It'll even import your bio and icons.

I'm here from LJ for good; I've been fed up with the way that place is run for a few years now. DW has quite a few fantastic things in the works that I'm looking forward to, especially the ability to draft entries as well as set up posts to be posted at a specific time. That's going to help with Deception Pass like mad. XD

Those are kitties! My two beloved beasts are in that pic, though not shown off very well. :)

Oh! As a side note, I'd meant to let you know that there is an issue with the 'next' button on some of the Deception Pass entries. I would say in Season One it only works about two-thirds of the time. Season Two it works far more solidly. :x

Yeeeeeeeeeeeah, I'd noticed those issues when I was attempting to set up the tags; it was making me insane. I may have to open a support issue. :/

I don't think I'd want to live anywhere that I couldn't have cats. I actually have three cats and a chinchilla right now. I'm definitely on my way to becoming the crazy cat lady. :)

(foooey. I just discovered I can't post images in comments. I think that's something I checked. I'll need to look into that. DW is still befuddling me with many things. At some point when this weekend is over, I'm going to have to figure out how to make everything pretty.)
