orikesIt's been far too long since I posted anything here. I check LJ every day for what's going on with friends, for my RSS feeds, and a variety of other things. Each time I do, I think about posting. And each time, I get distracted by other stuff.
There's lots of different things for me to ramble about, but for some reason with my split schedule, I get focused on one thing or another and forget to do little stuff like this that I want to do. I've usually got a couple to a few hours before work, and then a couple to a few hours after work. Lately the obsession has been Sims2. There really aren't any excuses, but I'm having fun with it.
I had intended to write about last year and my thoughts on everything that happened. I'd intended to talk about Johnson, my brother's cat that I've taken in. I'd intended to talk about the weather, both on how it was so unwinter like, and then on how they can take winter back, I was only kidding. I'd intended to write about my hopes for finally resolving my car situation.
Of course, you know what is paved with intentions. :)
Either way, I may or may not get back to posting regularly. No matter what, though, you should be reading Order of the Stick. The comic has been kicking some serious behind lately. I've even cackled at it while at work, making my co-workers stare at me strangely. Well, more strangely than they usually do.
