Dammit. I liked Eko. I appreciate that the show doesn't hesitate about killing off significant characters, but dammit, I liked him!

Not that there's anyone I would have put in his place right now, except maybe Claire. Last season made her seem a bit shrill and annoying compared to the previous season, but she hasn't really had much of a chance to do anything other than be Charlie's macguffin. When she actually gets a chance to do something interesting (like in first season, or her episode in season two), I like her.

Besides my irritation with them for killing Eko off (Of course he died... he came to peace with himself and his past. That's what happens to you when you resolve your internal issues. Please Sawyer, Hurley, Sayid, Jin and Sun, please stay upset about your past and your internal issues), I'm still really liking the show. I don't think it's jumped the Dharma Shark at all. But, that's just my opinion.

I haven't seen the episode yet, as I'm waiting for Scott to get home. But I couldn't resist a spoiler. :) I'm so confused about this damned show. Does this episode help with that at all???
