I once tried to mail myself to my Grandma's house in Delaware. I got inside the box with some sandwiches and waited next to the mailbox. The postman arrived, spotted the box, and said loud enough for me to hear, "What's this? A box with airholes? Looks heavy... oh well, not enough postage." and left. :D
I also made a really skinny house out of a mattress box. I cut out windows and drew kitchen appliances and dining room furniture and stuff inside it. Only problem was, if I wanted to turn around, there wasn't enough room... so I'd have to walk out sideways, turn around, and then walk back in. :) Oh and then the whole box would usually fall over. WHUMP
*grin* After many, many years pondering the problem, I now realize I should've put the kitchen and dining room on the same wall, and put the living room and bedroom (with bunkbeds!) on the opposite wall.
