In the second run through, Persephone has two bolts for Brody, none for Micah. In the first run through, Miranda had a bolt for Ian.
I really don't care for most of the base game outfits either, but when I first made my simself, I couldn't find anything made later or with cc that seemed like something I would wear. I wouldn't wear that outfit either, the sweater's too short. But it's closer to something I WOULD wear. :)
