I swear a lot too, and I slip up all the time when I'm not supposed to be swearing. At our school's GSA we decided to say "tape" in place of all swear words. This started at a rally when they were thinking of something to say so they wouldn't end up swearing at everyone there out of anger. They decided to say "cat" in place of swear words, but that doesn't really work out that well when there are people who consider "ass" a swear word and end up saying, "I'll kick your cat!"
