Double Trouble

Well, it looks like the BC finale is going to have to be a two-parter.

And to think I thought I could squeeze day five and six into the same update. HA! I'm not even done shooting all the scenes and I've got 120 pictures. And that's with trimming stuff down pretty significantly.

I think at this point, I'm just going to keep going shooting everything I want and then see where a good split point. I'll write both parts at the same time and try and upload them together. It's definitely not one where I can put up the first part and then come back with the second part a week later or so.

I'm not sure I'll have it out this weekend, but I'm determined for it to have a September upload date, so it will damn well be out by September 30th at the very latest.

So here, have a Star pic in the meantime.



She's eager for me to get back to the main neighborhood too.

Actually, I already know what Star's aspiration is going to be and it's not Family. All of the kids that are toddler or above have been pre-rolled. Not a family one in the bunch yet.

Wow...not one family sim yet? Probably a folder load of popularity sims already from generation five.

Also, since I am no doubt going to start another legacy soon, have you found pre-rolling aspiration gives you a good idea of how to write characters? (sorry for the hi-jack, I've just seen that method used a lot now and am curious)

Oh definitely. Pre-rolling is almost a must have at this point. Otherwise its too easy to start interpreting the sim's personality one way and then have an unexpected aspiration completely derail what you've already written so far. Some people just roll with it, but I'd rather know what my kids are going to be ahead of time so I can flavor their personality in that direction.
