At the rate I'm going, the next update won't be out until sometime in April.

Part of the problem is that everything I need to do for the next update is plotty stuff. I've done some normal playing in the neighborhood to represent a season going by while Elijah and Shelby are doing their thing, but I've still got some major stuff to shoot for the plotty end of things.

Without giving too much away, I'm probably going to be covering each of the vacation destinations with intermissions inbetween with updates on what's going on back home. This will serve to update everyone on some stuff and get Miranda graduated so she can go do her BC. Right now, I have 75% of the images I need for Takemizu, 100% of what I need for Three Lakes, and 0% of what I need for Twikkii Island.

The last parts I need are all going to have to be shot outside of the main neighborhood, in a dummy setup. I already have the Takemizu set created, so I just need to get in there and shoot that. The Twikkii Island set is about half-done. I was able to do all of Three Lakes in Terra Lostundo's version of Three Lakes, but I had to go back twice. Finally, the end stuff is also going to be a logistical challenge, but that will all happen in Terra Lostundo itself at an existing location.

Ultimately, I'm pretty sure this is going to be a double update. Now, the question is whether or not I'll actually do it as a double update or just do two updates. In the past I've had enough to do a double update, but ended up doing one, then taking a week or two off before finishing up the other half, so it just because the next update. This time, though, I think I'm going to work to keep it an actual double update.

I did want to share one picture from the neighborhood. The bad news is that Micah got old. The good news is that he's still the same old Micah.

With absolutely NO fashion sense whatsoever. :)

(Addendum: Micah is into Fitness, Genesis into Science, Kiley into Music and Dance, and Julie into Sports)

And of course the Goopster is all in favor of Micah's fashion sense :)

Sounds like you've been doing a lot of work setting up for the next update(s). It promises to be spectacular, and I'm antsy to read what's happening with the quest.

Aww, good old Micah. I do so love him. I love all of your Sims, really - you do such a good job of making them seem real.

And I can't believe how much work you put into your legacy story. Well, I can, because it shows in how great your updates are, but still. If I had to do that much work to get an update out, I'd stall forever. But the work you put in make the updates fantastic to read, so I can't wait to see the next one!

And of course I can't wait to see the BC, either. :)

Wow! I second Denise on being impressed by the amount of work you put into your legacies. I've staged a few things but never created sets or a dummy neighborhood. Of course your effort is clear in the fantastic final product. I'll happily wait until April for a double Pseudo update. :-)

And *huggles* for Micah. He stayed in character perfectly. Genesis haul that boy off to the closet and get him a new set of clothes!
