niherlas to do a meme that's something I'm interested in right now. My job is very conducive to putting on headphones and cranking the iPod while I work. As a result, I've been seeking out music both old and new to listen to.
"List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're any good, they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your Live Journal along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they're listening to."
In no particular order:
1. Feist – "I Feel It All" from The Reminder
2. All American Rejects – "Change Your Mind" from Move Along
3. John Mayer - "Stop This Train" from Continuum
4. Natasha Bedingfield – "Happy" from Pocketful of Sunshine
5. Bruce Springsteen – "Devils Arcade" from Magic
6. Green Day – "Jesus of Surburbia ..." from American Idiot
7. Lily Allen – "Knock 'Em Out" from Alright, Still
It was hard to pick individual songs. Pretty much all of the albums those are from are solid on my ipod right now.
Another funny tidbit that shows my obsession is that I found two of those artists specifically because they recorded songs for Sims2. I had no idea who Lily Allen or Natasha Bedingfield were before they made simlish versions of their songs. Yes, I am a sad, sad excuse for a human being, but I like my life so leave me alone. :)
