Tick Tock Tick Tock
Dec. 23rd, 2004 01:35 amApparently my biological clock is ticking for everyone around me.
My father has been gently teasing me for a couple of years now about why I haven't given him a grandchild yet. While it's just him being playfully obnoxious, I know there's some truth to it and he really does miss out on not having any grand kids.
The kicker was today, though. I was watching my friends' kids so they could get some Christmas stuff done. Raina, the four year old, turned to me and said, "Ang, I wish you had a kid so that I could play with them." She then went on to offer me advice on how to find someone to marry.
As much as it made me sigh, it was probably one of the cutest things I've heard said in a long time.
